Terms and Conditions for the 5th Annual El Ocho Championship

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the 5th Annual El Ocho Championship, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the 5th Annual El Ocho Championship is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. These requirements will be clearly outlined on the registration page.

3. Registration

Registration is required to participate in the event. The entry fee is $100 and is payable to Steve Nichols or Andrew Abood via cash or Venmo by June 4th, 2025. Failure to meet the registration deadline will result in disqualification.

4. Event Dates and Location

The 5th Annual El Ocho Championship will be held at the prestigious Country Club of Lansing from June 27th to 29th, 2025.

5. Event Rules

The rules of golf will govern the event. Specific rules and regulations will be provided on the event website.

6. Liability

Participants assume all risks associated with participating in the event. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.

7. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the event will be resolved amicably between the parties involved. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Michigan.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

9. Changes to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website.
