Welcome to El Ocho! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in the El Ocho golf tournament. By registering for and participating in the tournament, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Registration and Eligibility

  1. Participants must be employees, partners, or clients of El Ocho or its affiliated organizations, unless otherwise specified.
  2. Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by the tournament organizers.
  3. All participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  4. The tournament organizers reserve the right to refuse registration to any individual at their discretion.

2. Tournament Rules and Conduct

  1. Participants are expected to adhere to the official rules of golf as determined by the US Golf Association (USGA), except where modified by local rules specific to the tournament.
  2. All participants must exhibit sportsmanlike conduct and respect for fellow players, tournament staff, and the golf course.
  3. Any violation of tournament rules or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification from the tournament.
  4. The decisions of the tournament officials are final and binding in all matters related to the tournament.

3. Fees and Payment

  1. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the tournament is canceled by the organizers.
  2. Payment of registration fees must be made in full by the specified deadline to secure participation in the tournament.
  3. Additional fees may apply for optional activities or services offered during the tournament.

4. Cancellation and Modification

  1. The tournament organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or course conditions.
  2. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be issued according to the tournament’s refund policy.
  3. The tournament organizers are not liable for any expenses incurred by participants as a result of tournament cancellation or modification.

5. Liability and Waiver

  1. Participants acknowledge that participation in the El Ocho golf tournament involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and financial loss.
  2. By participating in the tournament, participants agree to assume all such risks and release the tournament organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the tournament.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment during the tournament.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, logos, and trademarks associated with the El Ocho golf tournament are the property of El Ocho and may not be used without permission.
  2. Participants grant the tournament organizers the right to use their names, images, and likenesses for promotional purposes related to the tournament.

7. Privacy Policy

  1. The tournament organizers are committed to protecting the privacy of participants. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for tournament-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which El Ocho is organized, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
